Our owners, Len & Suzie Simniskis, were both born & raised in the Lebanon area. Len has worked in aviation and real estate for 20 years. Suzie has experience with accounting & managing their family business. Together, they want to invest in the community by providing a beautiful historical space for couples wanting an industrial venue.
