Off-Season rates are available January-March.
Off-Site Ceremonies qualify for a $500 price reduction.
Earlier Access for Bridal Suite is $100 per hour.

    We can customize the floor plan to suit your needs with tables, chairs, and “day of” furniture set-up included.

  • On-Site Building Manager

    Our Building Manager will be available throughout the event to address any needs or concerns that may arise.

Event Timeline

You will be afforded a 6 hour total event time You may have access to the building at 9am on the day of your event. Music must end by 10 PM and all personal effects must be removed by 11 PM. You may have a scheduled one hour rehearsal the week of your event. Unless you booked a Friday/Saturday Combo, then you have Friday Evening for your Rehearsal and Setup.

Deposits & Insurance

We require a 50% deposit, due at signing. The balance will be due 90 days prior to your event. Payments can be made by check, cash or card (extra3% fee added for cards). Rates do not include a $500 Security deposit or the $1 million general liability insurance required.
